If You Added an Add-On Service
Bedding Service
- Clean sheets must be placed on the bed(s) you would like changed before your appointment.
- If your washing machine is empty, we will gladly start the first load of dirty bedding before leaving.
Refrigerator Cleaning
- May we dispose of expired food items and leftovers? Please let us know — Yes or No.
Dish Service
- Is the dishwasher currently clean or dirty? Please let us know before your appointment.
Organizing Service
- All bins, shelving, baskets, labels, and storage systems must be provided by you.
- Please let us know exactly what areas you would like organized before your appointment, especially if you will not be home.
Important Information
- We do not clean blood, vomit, urine, feces, pet accidents, or other bodily fluids. This policy does not apply to routine toilet cleaning, which is included as part of our bathroom cleaning service.
- We do not handle soiled undergarments.
- We do not clean litter boxes.
- We do not move urns, collections, fragile décor, books, or delicate items. We will do our best to clean around them. Please let us know if you have items requiring special attention.
- We love pets and children! You are welcome to be home during your cleaning.
- If children are actively playing in an area while we are cleaning, we will clean around toys and items currently in use.
Clutter Policy
Our service is designed for cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and refreshing your home. Excessive clutter that prevents access to countertops, sinks, bathrooms, tables, floors, or other cleaning surfaces may require additional tidying before cleaning can begin.
Examples include:
- Food left on counters
- Excessive dishes
- Large stacks of mail or paperwork
- Excessive countertop clutter
- General items preventing access to cleaning surfaces
Additional tidying fees may apply for rooms requiring excessive decluttering before cleaning can begin.
Specialty Cleaning Products
If you have specific cleaning products you would like us to use, please provide them and leave them out and accessible before your appointment.
Special Requests
If you have any specific requests, concerns, allergies, or areas requiring extra attention, please notify us as soon as possible so we can properly schedule the time needed to meet your expectations.
